Lots of people want to know if there’s a difference or an advantage to drinking a liquid protein supplement over eating solid protein in whole foods. On the Go

I’m always on the go. I pretty much don’t stop from the time I wake up until it’s time to head back off to dream land. The only way I get a balanced meal at lunch is to pack my lunches for the week during the weekend, and surprise surprise, that doesn’t always happen.
